ملوان با ۶ امتیاز منفی فصل آینده را آغاز می‌کند

ملوان بندرانزلی یکی از باشگاه‌هایی است که درگیر پرونده شکایت بازیکنان خارجی است. زوران زلاتکوفسکی یکی از بازیکنانی است که برای دریافت طلبش از این باشگاه به فیفا شکایت کرد و مدیران باشگاه ملوان در فصل گذشته تلاش کردند که که با اعتراض به این پرونده مانع از صدور رای شوند اما در نهایت وکیل این بازیکن در نامه‌ای به فیفا اعلام کرده در صورتیکه باشگاه ملوان تا ۲۸ ژوئن ۲۰۱۷( ۷ تیرماه ۱۳۹۶) طلب ۳۰۹ هزار دلاری این بازیکن را پرداخت نکند در مرحله اول از کمیته انضباطی فیفا درخواست کسر ۶ امتیاز از ملوان در فصل آینده را می‌کنیم.

Dear Sirs,
I refer to the above-captioned matter and to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee decision with grounds notified to the parties on ۲۴ May ۲۰۱۷.

In accordance with said decision, Malavan Anzali FC has final grace period until ۲۸ June ۲۰۱۷ to pay its entire debt towards Mr. Zoran Zlatkovski, totaling USD ۳۰۹,۰۲۰،۱۱ with interest as of the latter date (see the attached hereto calculation of interest), and to provide me with evidence of payment. Please make the payment to the following bank account:

In case of non-compliance, partially or in full, within the aforementioned final time limit, Mr. Zlatkovski will ask the FIFA Disciplinary Committee to deduct six (۶) points from Malavan Anzali FC’s first team in the domestic championship, pending further relegation to a lower division in case of continuing non-compliance with the relevant FIFA decisions.

Finally, as I am not in possession of a properly working fax number of Malavan Anzali FC, I hereby kindly ask IRIFF to immediately forward this letter to its affiliate as well as to ensure that the date of notification to the Club can be traced. Furthermore, I would be grateful to receive a copy of the relevant notification documents for my file. Should I do not receive any reaction from IRIFF until ۵ June ۲۰۱۷, I will consider that this letter has been communicated properly to the ultimate addressees, i.e. Malavan Anzali FC, within the said timeframe.

به این ترتیب به نظر می‌رسد ملوان با نادر دست نشان در فصل آینده با شوک بزرگی مواجه شده و برای صعود به لیگ برتر مشکلاتش بیش از فصل گذشته خواهد بود.
